Welcome! I'm Viktoria Kiseleva and I am an independent compensation consultant that specializes in sales incentive design. I've worked in all spheres of the compensation industry - at large consultancies like Korn Ferry (legacy Hay Group), in-house at PepsiCo and Quest Diagnostics, and now independently. I enjoy helping clients develop compensation programs that drive business results and reward hard working talent. Compensation, especially in sales, is where the rubber meets the road. Your business results depend on how you incentivize and pay the individuals that sell your product or service, which puts pressure on getting things right.

My approach is to ensure our engagement is a two-way street - the most effective projects always involve the consultant and the client working together, side by side, to reach a solution. My job is to provide you with fundamental concepts  and industry trends to guide your thought process, while ensuring we are considering all aspects of your organization for the most tailor-made experience.
